What materials are used in your jewelry?
We specialize in high-quality materials including 14K gold, 10K gold, and .925 sterling silver. Many of our pieces are also available in gold vermeil for a luxury finish at an accessible price point.
How long does custom jewelry take to ship?
Since personalized pieces are handcrafted to order, please allow 2-4 weeks for production before your item is shipped. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it is ready.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Due to their unique nature, personalized and custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To maintain shine, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your jewelry in a dry place, preferably in the original pouch provided, and clean gently with a soft microfiber cloth.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
We begin processing orders immediately. If you need to make a change, please contact our support team within 2 hours of purchase. Once a custom order has entered production, we cannot make further modifications.
