At The M Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom, personalized, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the request and select your items.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
